No refund or communication

I am still waiting for my refund from last year's canceled Paw Patrol show in Durban. All emails have gone unresponded. Also, no communication received that the show was canceled and we went there only to be disappointed. My 5 year old still talks about how she couldn't see the paw patrol pups coz they were sick. Thats the story I had to tell her, so disappointing.
