No refund from TicketPro

On the first of April, I purchased 2 Sun City tickets, the money left my account however, I did not receive the tickets. I had already booked accommodation and therefore had to repurchase tickets to Sun City. I have sent them countless number of emails and still haven’t received a response from them. The unprofessional service from ticketpro has been truly disappointing and pathetic.
