No refund for Ye live in SA concert

I am still waiting for my refund payment to reflect from Ticketpro for Ye live in South Africa. I was sent a POP for a refund payment made on 15 December 2025 and the payment has yet to reflect in my account. Every time I follow up via email I do not receive a response. All my follow-ups are being ignored. I paid a lot of money and I will not let it go. Unacceptable service:(
