No refund and terrible customer service with no help on refund.

Terrible Ticketpro's terrible system that apparently had a sale for Activiate South Africa tickets this past weekend which didn’t reflect on site, what about the people that brought tickets earlier at a higher price now the tickets are half the price and ticketpro is refusing to refund my money isn’t the early birds suppose to get tickets at a less price. Customer support is useless they can’t assist with anything expect answering the call. Never buying tickets from ticketpro in this lifetime. Quicket definitely the best so far.
