No feedback

I bought a ticket to watch rugby a few weeks ago. The payment was deducted twice for the same transaction. I called the call centre and was told to send an email as they dont deal with payments. sent an email on the 5th of May and another on the 12th. Still waiting to have the issue resolved. Not even an email to acknowledge receipt of my email, nothing.
