No customer service from Tickerpro

I bought mama magic expo tickets in Feb, I then requested assistance in requesting a refund on the tickets I purchased as we won't be able to attend anymore.

No one from ticketpro responds on emails. I emailed to request how it will work and got no respons, then I asked online and eventually a agent connected and told me to send an email which I did 5 days ago and yet again, No response! Really dissapointing.
