No Courtesy of a Response for My Refund

I’m extremely frustrated with the terrible service and lack of communication from Ticketpro regarding my ticket refund for the Keisha Cole concert. This is now the second time that the concert has been postponsed.

Despite multiple follow-ups and attempts to get clarity, I have received no updates or acknowledgment of my inquiries. The delay and complete lack of responsiveness are unacceptable, especially when dealing with customer funds.

As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and timely resolutions, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I urge Ticketpro to address this matter immediately and improve their communication processes for the benefit of all their customers.
