No communication and Poor customer service provision

I've made an online purchases of cricket tickets for BetwayXXSA20 playoffs at Wanderers with Ticketpro. Payment was successful but no tickets were sent to me on my email address. I've forwarded emails to *** with no response from them and I've made telephone calls to their telephone number *** which rings and get dropped. I've tried all avenues of contacting Ticketpro without success. Ticketpro has taken my money but have not fulfilled their part of forwarding me purchased tickets. I'm disappointed and so frustrated about this poor customer service.
