Never again - Tickets purchased but not available

I paid for 5 tickets to a cricket match at Kingsmead Stadium. Ticketpro site did not issue a confirmation - said there was an 'error'. Payfast confirmed the payment. Only after I received the confirmation at 4.05pm could I go back to Ticketpro to select a collection outlet. I phoned the only outlet listed that was within driving distance, Postnet Pavilion. They told me they do not deal with Ticketpro because they are 'too problematic' and that they had asked Ticketpro to remove their name from the site. So I tried to contact Ticketpro and they close at 4pm. No one at the cricket stadium answered the phone. They must also close at 4. So we have paid for tickets we cannot pick up and will therefore miss the match. Never again!
