Money taken but ticket not received

I am disappointed with TicketPro, on the 18th of October I purchased a ticket for a soccer match between Amazulu and Durban City. I made the payment with my bank card details, but there was no ticket after I had made the payment. I even checked my emails, but there was no email from TicketPro. Today I contacted the TicketPro Support Centre, and the chat agent’s (Nomvula) response was that TicketPro’s payment gateway was offline and TicketPro did not receive my payment. On my bank app it clearly shows that an amount of R60 was debited by TicketPro. I no longer trust TicketPro for this, R60 is a small amount but next time I might lose a lot of money through their platform.
