Money gone no tickets no reference

On the 25/10 I bought tickets online, where my money was deducted but never got any reference nothing. I called TicketPro was asked to send an email detailing my query which I did 6 hours later I get a response asking me what is query about, responded with the query till today nobody has said anything to me, my money is gone no response left in the dark
