Maybe now I will get a response

The individuals that work at the customer care centre are extremely, helpful and are pleasure deal with, however there is really only so much they can do and though they may help us get in touch with other people as soon as they are unable to help any further Ticketpros service turns into a complete nightmare.
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">Replies from *** take way too long! I am ***uming because people are emailing the same address for numerus issues that should be dealt with either on your website or at the relative outlets or even at the call centres but this does not happen so I am sure the email address is inundated with issues resulting in an extremely slow response time.
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">My second issue is that one does not receive an invoice after purchasing tickets. I have now been waiting five days for an invoice. I called the call centre who then told me to mail *** directly as I was not getting a response from the address ***. I am still waiting for a response from either of those mails and have not yet received one. Having one general email address clearly is not working, I am sure the email address receives invoice request and this could be avoided by sending the invoice to the client with the ticket purchase confirmation mail.
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">The relative outlets are not properly trained to work with The Ticketpro system (Which is extremely floored). And the call line that they use to try and get ***istance from is the same as the line for your consumers which can only help with basic ***istance or put you in touch
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">
<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">The system at the outlets is **********. I am going to use the Arnold Cl***ic Expo as an example. We decided that since we had such problems with requesting invoices, we would go to one of your outlets to buy the tickets in person. Well I would like to say it was exactly the same, if not worse. The event was not labelled with the event name it was just a blank option on the system. So it was like a guessing game as to what blank option was the right ticket to the event that we wanted. We were guessing by the date or the price of the ticket and hoping it was the event we wanted. Then on the pamphlet of the event it said that we could buy a three day p*** for the event and it would cost us R350.00. However there was NO three day option, nor was there a ticket that cost R350.00. So we then had to buy 3 one day p***es for R150 each. So what should have cost us R350.00, ended up costing us R450.00 and we had to do this for more than one person so we ended up spending a lot more then what your site had advertised. Also within this event there were additional events that we wanted to buy tickets for but because there was no names on the event options we could not buy them as we did not know what we were going to end up with! All in all we spent nearly 2 hours trying to do the most basic service that would be expected from a ticket company, and it is truly unacceptable. I would also like to add that. This happened on the 24th of March and has still not been resolved as no one replies to my mails and I can get no number to talk to someone so this was my last option.
<p cl***="MsoNormal">

<p cl***="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 18.0pt;">All this makes buying tickets from TicketPro such a time consuming and painful process. We use these tickets for a lot of our clients but my superiors have started requesting that we avoid buying tickets from TicketPro, and it is a shame so I really hope that you take these points to heart and work on fixing these basic problems.
