Keisha Cole refund

I dont even want to give them a 1 star. My sister and myself we bought tickets for the Keisha Cole event that was cancelled. I immediately try to get a refund because we bought 3 front row tickets. I was sent from pillar to post. Then they say we need to send emails. After been in contact with an agent all of sudden the emails are being stop and we should go to their website and start chatting with a bot. Only via the bot there was a form to complete for cancelled events. I had to attached a bank confirmation letter. Once that was submitted they said my sister need togive consent because she bought the tickets. I am so dissapointed in ticket pro. I will never ever buy tickets where ticketpro are involved. It is so not customer friendly. Today is the 20 May. Almost a month and I am still struggling. Ticket pro is the pits
