Invalid KEM Concert Tickets – Requesting Full Refund

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with TicketPro regarding the KEM concert held on 31 May 2025 at Time Square Pretoria.

We purchased 4 tickets in advance through TicketPro, expecting a smooth and enjoyable evening. However, upon arrival at the venue, all 4 tickets were scanned and declared invalid at the door, which left us unable to attend the concert. This was not only embarrassing but also incredibly frustrating, as we had made plans and traveled specifically for this event.

We trusted TicketPro to deliver valid and legitimate tickets. This failure has resulted in financial loss, emotional disappointment, and wasted time.

We are formally requesting a full refund for the 4 invalid tickets and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Please treat this with urgency and provide feedback as soon as possible since there is no human being to talk to nor an e-mail address.
