I want my refund!!!!

<p> On Friday 16 Sept 2016 I tried to purchase 4 tickets online for the Speed and Sound show for Sat 17th. I then received an email to print my tickets but when I tried, it did not allow me to. I received another email which asked me to fax my credit card, proof of address and ID before release of the tickets. I was not comfortable and sceptical about doing that so I did not. On the next day we just bought 4 tickets at the Dome entrance. I now see that ticketpro deducted R800 from my account. I emailed them but not even an acknowledgement of my email. I want my money refunded!!!!</p>
