I want my money back tickepro

I am forced to actually put in a star they dont deserve it. I bought 2 separate tickets online for the Soweto derby that played last Saturday. I did not receive my tickets and i called ticket pro i spoke with an agent who said they can only see 1 purchase i must send proof of payment for the other purchase which i did. I sent the proof directly to Yoliswa Mange and also to info@ticketpro. When i called to ask if they got the emails i was sent from pillar to post even when i specifically asked for Yoliswa. I even tried involving the bank and they sent me the transaction numbers for the 2 tickets. I want my money back from these people and companies should stop using them as merchants coz they are useless
