I am dissatisfied with their service

I made a purchase to the value of R100 on their website for an event to be held in Durban on the 22nd of December 2023 but have not received the ticket or the reference number. I have made a number of calls and have sent emails but I have not been assisted. I have spoke to 3 consultants and they made me hold for 5 to 10 minutes without returning on tha particular line. I am disappointed and disguted at the service that I've received from such a big organization...
