Horrible Customer Service – No Response to Payment Issue!

I wish I could give zero stars. This company has the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. I emailed them about a payment issue, but they never responded. I followed up multiple times and even tried calling, but they completely ignored me. It’s unacceptable to leave customers hanging, especially when it comes to money.

If a company can’t even be bothered to answer basic support emails, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. Stay away unless you want to be ignored and frustrated!
