Highly Upset and Frustrated - False information for cricket ticket sales

<p>I purchased two tickets for the South Africa vs Australia cricket game at the Bidvest Wanderes Stadium in Johannesburg on the 2nd October 2016. I purchased the tickets via TicketPros. I purchased the tickets at Postnet and the lady at the counter clearly stated that the seats were 100% shaded which was seen on the computer as well. And I was very specific in saying that I wanted shaded seats as I can't be out in the Sun for too long.To my surprise when I reached the stadium the seats were no where near the shade and it was the most horrible experience and most uncomfortable weather to watch the cricket to an extent that me and my partner had to leave before the game concluded as the heat was very unbearable. Not to mention the nasty headache that we both experienced due to being exposed to direct Sun for the entire day. This was a waste of my money and very misleading information from your ticket sales system. I am highly upset and very disappointed and I will not rest until this matter had been addressed. </p>
