Hey Neighbour Park and Ride Ticket Refund

I bought Park and Ride Tickets for the Hey Neighbour Concert for the 8th of December 2023 - the 3pm Departure time from Clearwater Mall, however the bus never pitched and there was no communication from TicketPro regarding the cancellation . We kept calling and eventually someone answered and told us that the bus for that time was cancelled . We had to make alternative transport arrangements , not only did we arrive late at the concert but we also had to spend R800 to transport ourselves to the venue. I have sent emails and I haven't received a response nor an acknowledgement of receipt email , and when I call , the line says it's not available.
