have not received tickets after payment

I have bought for fact Durban rocks to collect them at the post net, when I went at Windermere they told me to call the call center as they no longer print the ticket. I have called and customer service the lady I spoke too was suppose to send me the tickets till now I have not received any tickets mind you the concert is on Saturday i am super disappointed on your service
