I'd like to thank a consultant by the name of Danielle Naidoo for the assistance she gave me regarding the refund of the concert tickets. Even though I felt like it was just a long, tiring process, she was understanding and patient. She kept the communication process open and kept updating me. Within a week, I was paid back the money to my surprise as I was informed that the TAT, was 30 days. Keep up the good work.
