Getting ****** by Ticket pro

<p>I cancelled a ticket 14 days before the event that went me an email promising to reply within 24 hours lie after 2 days I called the agent that they have backlog they still working on my query, after 4 days same story no update now it's been 27 days for their reply no update when I call that tell me that I provided wrong information the cannot assist. </p>
