Frustrated customer for ticketpro operation

Frustrated customer for ticketpro. I am really frustrated about this company yesterday morning I try bought tickets for Bafana Bafana today's game i didn't get my tickets i don't know if it was their system issue but after I tried to call all the numbers I got for ticketpro nothing sending them email no response because my money is gone but no tickets. When I call my bank to reverse my money they can't we without ticketpro authorization. I am so frustrated as first will loose watching the game and money is gone.
