Frustrated

I am very disappointed in Ticketpro's service. Yesterday I bought tickets online for a rugby match this coming Saturday. They then sent me a mail to say I need to collect the tickets from one of their outlets. I then drove to an outlet where their system said its an error. Phoned ticketpro and held on for almost 30mins. The agent told me that I can't print the tickets, they need to send me a link in order to download the tickets. Then she phoned back and said I must send a mail in order for them to send the link.

This is the most unprofessional way of handling what needs to be a simple thing to just buy tickets for a rugby match.

I still haven't received my link for the tickets... how frustrating...
