Extremely poor service!!!

Very very disappointing and poor service!!! Its a mission to get in touch with any of support team for assistance.

I tried sending an email and texting with the chat bot but no response received for two days now and the event is tomorrow.I bought a Zee nation fest ticket(online , no account), and the payment went through, when I had to get my ticket it says that the order aborted/page not found! the event is in a few hours and no assistance whatsoever.3 tickets of Golden circle R2010.Im beyond disappointed.
