I booked rugby tickets this morning via TicketPro website. I did not receive my tickets via e-mail as i requested Home Print. sent an e-mail to inquire around 12:30, within 15 minutes, Agnetha Hilpert from TicketPro responded with the ticket link. Thank you very much for a prompt response & for the assistance. Exceeded my expectations.
