Escape to Sun City for the day Refund

I ordered tickets for Escape to Sun City for the day. I logged on to TicketPro website, selected the number of tickets. I did not know that the ticket reservation expires. After an hour I continued to pay for tickets and my money was deducted from my card, only to receive a message afterwards that the reservation expired. I am now struggling to get hold of TicketPro. I emailed them and there is no answer from them.
