Duplicate charge, no option for refund

I bought tickets the day before the Potch Airshow, during checkout there was a error and I got charged twice however I only recieved one set if tickets. I.ediarly I asked the chatbot what to do and it said wait to see if the charge is reversed by the bank. I t has not been reversed. Now the chatbot is saying I can't be refunded as I didn't cancel the tickets 7 days prior to the event. The email address and phone number is no longer operational. When filling in the contact me section there is no response, leaving only the chatbot option. No option to talk to anybody.
