Dr Tumi Live Dvd Recording Duplicate Tickets

My sister and I bought tickets at CNA Carlton Centre for the Dr Tumi Live Recording only to be told at the venue that the tickets duplicates. This resulted in us not being able to attend the event, not being able to fill up the dome for Jesus as we had planned. We were left shattered and confused because it did not make sense why such a mistake would happen. I personally feel that the matter could have been handled better by the ticket-pro officials instead we were told to go home and rather write an email to get a refund.....we did not want a refund, we wanted to be part of the experience. We have already sent a complaint to CNA but we feel ticket-pro must also be held accountable. How come their system printed the same ticket twice.....how is that even possible?? And should training not be given to the people who are going to use the system so that they are able to spot any glitches?? I feel that ticket-pro could have done more for us than just send us home, that was not what we paid for. We (my sister and I) travelled over 20 kms and had to get a babysitter for the night only to be returned home as a result of a mistake that was not made by us. Ticket-pro failed to take responsibility and to at least go out their way to ensure that the glitch does not take anything away from what was supposed to be a wonderful experience.
