Down n out, terrible first n last experience

I wish I had seen the reviews before buying my tickets. I aslo purchased two tickets on line for the Gcwalisa concert. Intially the payment was pending ik 21/09/2025 then eventually went thru on 24/09/2025 but I never received my tickets via email. I emailed them but I never got a response either. Does this mean my R340 is gone gone🥹
