Double booked seats and absolute chaos

There was a MASSIVE issue last night at the URC final. After fighting online to go and purchase tickets for almost an hour, we arrived to the stadium to find that rugby goers who has purchased tickets from Spar had been double booked into our seats. This was an issue THROUGHOUT the stadium as long queues of people stood at the ticket office to try and sort out alternative arrangements. There were physical fights in the stadium as people refused to give up their seats to others who has tickets for the same seats. There were also hoards of people standing and watching the game as they did not have seats which constitutes a safety hazard as the stadium was at full capacity already. The worst experience I have ever had going to a game and ticketpros should be refunding all customers who had had their seats double booked. Absolutely shocking!!
