Don't use TicketPro... just, DON'T! You have been warned.

We tried to book tickets twice (using my wife's account) for Valley of the Waves but their systems failed. No problem, these things happen. Problem is, her account was debited twice. One payment has finally been reversed, but they refused to assist with the 2nd transaction. We've send emails, begged for feedback (they never get back to you) and every time, they want the same emails sent again and again they promise feedback. No joy for close to a month now.

I am at wits' end. The incompetence at the call centers has left me absolutely amazed that this place can still be in business.
