Don't send electronuc tickets

Purchased tickets, and it dont reflect that I can print my own tickets. Phoned them 3 times, and they said they will email the tickets but still havent received the tickets. Send an email, after 5 days, no response on the email. Their service is just poor! The outlets they show where you can collect the tickets are not even accuracte. I went to collect the tickets at an outlet and they said they never even print or issue the tickets. They are just useless
