Don't ever buy tickets on TICKETPRO, PATHETIC SERVICE

I purchased two tickets for an event taking place on the 30th of November 2019 from the ticket pro website and I received an sms from my bank to say that R400 has been deducted from my account. I also received a reference number 19119A926B, on the screen it said that I would receive an email with a link to download my tickets as I opted to print for myself.

To cut a long story short I never got the email. I called the bank and they advice that the funds have cleared, I called ticket pro for the whole day with no success. I would like to get a refund.

I'm genuinely disappointed and beyond sad. I was looking forward to enjoying this event but unfortunately I couldn't.
