Don't do it! Rather stay at home

If you're thinking 'let me give them a try, let them prove all these critics wrong'... DON'T DO IT!

I am highly upset by the fact that this website is unbelievably NOT user-friendly, and, based on the other reviews, I suspect that I will not be getting my electronic tickets in time for the show I intended to see this weekend.

My purchase failed the first time (Please God, let it not have gone through; I don't want to go through the refund hassles people have mentioned in their reviews), but was successful the second (this one definitely went through), and yet I have no tickets in my possession. They don't even bother to email it to you, but allow you to choose the option of downloading them, which doesn't work and then you're stuck, with nothing.

Once you close the website tab, there is no proof that you purchased anything! No confirmation email! .... No proof on the website! .... No tickets! ....Even though you are required to register an account to purchase, there is no profile tab so you can't track anything. It is as if you never existed, and your money has vanished into thin air...
