Distasteful customer service

7 days ago I called Ticketpro to cancel a ticket I had purchased for a show in July. A consultant named Dieketso took the call and sent me an email which I responded to and sent to *** I provided reasons for my cancellation and was told that I should be refunded in 7- days. I called again today (22 May) and I am told my cancellation was never processed and I should wait again. I am not willing to wait for something that had nothing to do with me. It is not my problem that they can’t do their job. I just want my money back and I will never use their services again. Bad customer service 🤮🤮
