Dissatisfied customer

We attended an event where TicketPro in partnership with Weezevents forced us not to use our bank cards to pay for drinks but to use their cardless system to load money into their cards to buy. They informed us that whatever balance remains in the card will be refunded to the credit card within 7 days after requesting the refund. It has now been over a month and i have followed up with TicketPro and provided them with the reference for my refund and they are now not even returning my messages. If this is a type of **** you are running then it is nonsense. What am i suppose to do with a useless white card that has my money in it but no event?
