Disgusting and Rude

Utterly disappointed with ticket pro and the poor and rude service I received from your consultant Nomvula. I purchased bus tickets, paid and couldn’t download the tickets. Went back in and there’s no trace of the booking but payment went through. I tried to contact via the telephone no on google to which it says they. No longer assist telephonically but via chat bot. I met my nightmare here because Nomvula just responded by saying contact the carrier and closed the chat. I called intercity and they said to me they can see the tickets but they were cancelled as they timed out on ticket pro website so ticket pro has to refund. Went back on their site, it’s Nomvula again she said to me there’s nothing she can help me with, left me online and went silent for 20 minutes. 20 minites later I said to her if you not gonna assist me tell me instead of leaving me hanging, she said I told you to contact the carrier. Told her what intercity said, she called me only to tell me there’s nothing she can do for me and I’m at the wrong department. Asked her how I get to the right department as there is only one chat bot. She said google the no, I said to her but when you call it says the no is no longer in use people must contact via chat bot, she said well there’s nothing I can assist you with. I got it all screenshots and all. Ticket pro I regret trying to buy tickets from your site, your consultant is very rude and not helpful. I want my money
