Disgusting

I didn't even want to give them the one star. The way they treat their customers is absolutely disgraceful. I bought tickets for Emperors Palace Christmas Palace and did not recieve them. NO RESPONSE to any queries. Impossible to reach them telephonically or by email. I am just thankful that I do not have small kids that would be disappointed tonight. Why anyone would still use TicketPro is beyond me.
