Disappointing service

When buying ticket, their website says confirmation email in a few minutes. Bought Rand show tickets, no confirmation sent, no response on my querries and more people complaining about same issue on Facebook.Very disappointing experience and I hope I will get my refund. Wish events could use Ticket master and Computicket more.
