December refund

On the 9th December 2022 I bought 3 tickets R750 for the show that was on the 11th December 2022 but when I got the they said my reference isn't going through which I received as confirmation after my payment so I paid again R750 I was told this is escalated to the finance admin team since December and last week I sent them an email with no response and today nothing so I decided to take this route because I'm not getting any joy
