Customer service is non-existent.

I have been trying to get a refund from TicketPro since January 2024 - it is now May. Emails receive an auto-acknowledgement saying that someone will be in touch. It's a false promise, a lie! No-one has been in touch, despite emails and submitting queries via their online facility. This company doesn't understand customer service!
