Concern

Good day,

I have been trying to book stormers tickets since Tuesday however the site gave me no joy.

I was sent a link to pay online however the link does not work, the link was sent to me twice and both times the prices increased.

The link advised that I should go to PostNet which I have done and no one was able to assist me bearing in mind that I live an hour away from PostNet. I have been told to keep on trying on the site when there were no tickets available anymore.

I have spent over R200 airtime trying to get this resolved with ticketpro and no one was able to assist me up until this minute.

My frustration is at its limits as I have been trying and trying and the consultants kept on telling me just to try again and not making an effort to look into the matter.

I have explained myself over and over to over 10 different consultants and not one had the decency to take up my query further.

I have requested a manager to call me back however no manager has gotten back to me.

The tickets were R175 then R275 and now it's R350 - this is unacceptable as I have been trying to get this sorted since Tuesday and tomorrow is the Stormers finale.

Please assist urgently.
