Change of Venue - Nicki Minaj

I'd initially purchased a ticket for R550.00 for the concert in Durban but unfortunately I won't be able to get there on the 20 March 2016.<br> i would have liked to get a ticket for the concert in Johannesburg (Ticketpro dome) for either the 17th or 18th of March.<br> I was willing to top up on the R550 that i paid in order to purchase/get a Johannesburg ticket for the concert. I called Ticketpros yesterday at 15h30 i spoke to Nthuthuko who advise me to send an email through to [Email Removed] for assistance with my dilemma, he assured me that i could get the venue changed on my ticket from Durban to Johannesburg. 2day i receive an email from Agnetha Hilpert quoting me the t's and c's - 'Unfortunately the policy of the promoters is that NO cancellations, refunds of unused tickets, changes, reprints or unpaid reservations can be made. Bookings are final and tickets are treated as CASH and cannot be replaced. Exceptions are handled directly by the promoters'. i had gone through then prior to calling and i was of the impression Ticketpros would like me to comeback for their services in the near future but after Agnetha's reply it seems as if ticketpro isn't customer eccentric.
