Boys 2 Men Sun City Fiasco

I would like to register a complaint about how I was treated by your staff at the Boys 2 Men show at Sun City on the 4th November 2023.

I could not enjoy the show because I was constantly hounding by security who wanted to double check the legitimacy of my ticket to which I had comply with. In-fact the double booking of seats was the order of the night as I witnessed many parties affected by this. Fortunately for them they were not threatened or summoned to the “ticket pro managers desk” like naughty children being summoned to the principal’s office.

After explaining to the security and showing them proof that I had booked my ticket on the 15th April 2023. The security informed us that the lady had personally booked the tickets and there was no way there could have been double which was nonsensical to say the least. We had witnessed a gentleman by the name of Lwazi dealing with several double bookings prior to the show starting. This was done in a professional manner, compared to our situation.

I was then summoned (to which I take serious exception) to the “ticket pro managers desk” by a lady called “Danielle Naidoo” if I am not mistaken. This came with threats of being forcibly removed from my seat by the security if I did not go to the ticketpro desk. The lady was nonchalant about the whole thing and informed me that I had to come verify my ticket. She did not care what so ever about the impact it will have on and my partner.

The whole experience was humiliating and totally unexpected from an organisation that manages bookings for big events. One would swear the tickets were bought from a shady corner outfit.

I spent my money going to Sun City for me to only watch half the Boys 2 Men performance thanks to the conduct of the ticketpro. In essence my partner and I paid to be treated in an unbecoming manner and as a result we could not enjoy the show as previously planned or expected.

Just imagine booking tickets in advance, driving from Pretoria to Sun City and booking accommodation only to watch half the performance in a disturbed state thanks to ticketpro.
