Betway SA20 tickets not received

I bought 4xtickets (pensioners) on 6Jan2026 for the Betway20 cricket game on 14Jan2026. I never "received" my tickets and had to buy 4 other tickets for the game. I've sent several emails and even tried to phone them. I lost R480 in the process. I'm very disappointed that they did not reply
