Bad service

We bought 4 x soccer tickets on Monday from Spar in leondale for the sundowns and chiefs game. When we got to the stadium yesterday the tickets were not scanning

We were then told to go to the kiosk where there was a long line of people having the same issue. We waited on the line for an hour and 30 minutes and when we finally got to the front of the line the system was not working due to network. We were then told that this is a stadium management issue and ticket pro can't do anything to assist. While this is happening the match was already halfway and we were not able to enter The gates were opened at 16:10 for everyone to enter and there was stampede as ther were people who didn't even have tickets

We were also told that we must take up the issue of tickets not scanning with the spar when we bought the tickets. Please can I get a refund for the 4 x tickets as we never got to watch the game
