Bad service and treatment
One of the worst company in south Africa. They are refusing to refund my ticket

09 Dec 2024, 18:19I am beyond frustrated with the lack of response and the poor service I’ve received from TicketPro regarding my refund request for the Soul & Gospel ticket. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them and request this refund, yet my emails have been ignored, and I’ve received no assistance whatsoever.
What’s worse is that instead of processing the refund they are asking me lot of questions. My mom is not feeling well she does have a high blood pressure and she is complaining about the long distance travel from Ladybrand to Pretoria. I bought 4 tickets but I want to cancel 2 because my mom and my niece won't be able to travel with us.
TicketPro is really unprofessional This is beyond my control. I cannot force Mom to travel with us whereas she is not feeling.l. I’ve been patient, but this lack of communication and action is completely unacceptable and we were not informed about the cancellation rules and procedure.
