Bad service

I have been waiting for my refund for a month plus. I’ve provided all the required documentation but still, nothing. Everytime, they come up with a new inquiry instead of paying my money back. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced and what makes it worse, nobody picks up the calls. How do they run a business without check their emails or getting back to customers via the phone.
